Content Creator Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Gods Unchained Content Creator Program (“Program”) provided by Gods Unchained Pty Ltd (“Company”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree and abide with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility:
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
1.2. You must have a valid Gods Unchained account.
1.3. You must meet any additional eligibility requirements set forth by the Company.

    2. Program Benefits:
    2.1. As a participant in the Program, you may receive certain benefits, including but not limited to access to exclusive content, early access to new features or updates, and promotional opportunities.
    2.2. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Program benefits at any time without prior notice.

    3. Program Content:
    3.1. As a participant in the Program, you may create and share content related to Gods Unchained, including but not limited to videos, streams, articles, artwork, and social media posts (“Program Content”).
    3.2. You retain ownership of your Program Content. By participating in the Program, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your Program Content for promotional and marketing purposes.
    3.3. You represent and warrant that your Program Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party and is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

    4. Use of Company’s Intellectual Property:
    4.1. You acknowledge that the Gods Unchained brand, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”) are owned by the Company.
    4.2. You may use the Company IP solely for the purpose of promoting and creating content related to Gods Unchained as part of the Program.
    4.3. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or use the Company IP for any other purpose without prior written permission from the Company.

    5. Compliance with Laws and Guidelines:
    5.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, our code of conduct and guidelines while participating in the Program.
    5.2. You shall not engage in any activities that are fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or illegal.
    5.3. You shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of Gods Unchained or the Company.
    5.4. You shall provide factual information only and not use language which could lead users to reasonably consider that any tokens or NFTs are intended or offered as financial products or as speculative or investment assets.
    5.5. You shall not offer, solicit, advise or recommend any user to purchase any cryptocurrency (including $GODS) or NFTs.

    6. Termination:
    6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
    6.2. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to receive any Program benefits.

    7. Limitation of Liability:
    7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
    7.2. The Company’s total liability in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total amount of benefits received by you under the Program and this clause shall operate as a cap on the Company’s maximum liability arising under any theory of law or claim.

    8. Modifications:
    8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, by providing notice to you or by posting the updated terms and conditions on the Gods Unchained website.

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
    9.2. The parties agree to submit any dispute or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
